I illustrate and design books - covers, interiors, and full editions - and take on select illustration work for print and cultural projects. My background is in painting and illustration, trained at the National Academy of Arts in Sofia, which shows in the hand-drawn quality of the finished pieces - but every project starts with the brief: who it's for, where it will live, and what it needs to do.
I work in oil, ink, gouache, watercolor, linocut, and digital, and handle layout as well as illustration, so a publisher can hand me a manuscript and receive a finished book. Alongside client work, I take a small number of private commissions - portraits, illustrated gifts, and one-off pieces. Based in Sofia, working with clients in Bulgaria and abroad.
